Pack Your Gear

Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship to Mazens

Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
